Our Urban Chic women’s bike is a ladies’ bike with a focus on comfort. The upright driving position gives you the best overview of the traffic and the most comfortable riding position when driving in the city. The soft rubber ergonomic bicycle handles are very comfortable to rest your hands on, and the soft gel saddle from Selle Royal is not only comfortable to sit on, it is also very easy to wipe off if it gets wet on a rainy day. Both saddle and handlebars are adjustable in height.

We have installed a built-in Shimano Nexus 3-Gear hub with low maintenance and high quality. The gearshift lever has a swivel handle and is easy to use without your hand leaving the handlebars. Our iconic, lightweight, and fully integrated, large, and spacious D-shaped aluminum basket is mounted on the head tube of the frame instead of attaching it to the handlebars. Attaching the basket to the bicycle frame ensures much better stability when transporting your groceries or your little dog around the city, as well as when parking the bicycle. The Urban Chic model has been equipped with puncture-protected Kevlar tires from the German tire manufacturer Schwalbe, so you can drive more safely and not worry about puncturing all the time. The tires also have built-in reflectors on the sides for increased safety. Last but not least, the Schwalbe Fat Frank tires provide extra riding comfort due to the suspension from the 50 mm wide semi-balloon tires. The upright Urban Chic women’s bicycle has two independent brake systems in accordance with EU legislation. An integrated pedal brake is built into the rear wheel and a rim brake is located on the front wheel. You will also find mandatory reflectors on the pedals as well as the front and rear of the bike. There is a loud copper bell. A chainguard in a vintage look, protects your clothes from getting dirty, as it is fully protected against the chain. The bike is designed in Denmark by Velorbis and your new comfort commuter bike is handmade, inspected, and shipped directly from our factory in Germany. The warranty on the frame against frame breakage has been extended to 25 years.
