When you purchase a Velorbis bicycle, you will get a very nice leather book that includes your warranty certificate.  On the certificate, you will find your frame number and key number, which is essential information for your insurance.  Please make sure that you always store your Velorbis booklet in a safe place.

VELORBIS WARRANTY STATEMENT

Velorbis warrants that our bicycle frames will conform to their specifications at the time of delivery and will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 25 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only under regular use and conditions, and does not cover rust.

We also warrant that our bicycle forks will conform to their specifications at the time of delivery and will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Again, this warranty is valid only under normal wear and tear, and rust is excluded.

In addition, Velorbis warrants that all other original bicycle components will conform to their specifications at the time of delivery and will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This applies only under normal use and does not cover rust on the frame or fork.
